Fashionably Late

I know Tutu's &Flowey Skirts have been out for years now. But to be quite honest it was never appealing to me. Sometimes girls can turn a beautiful Tutu straight into Tacki-ville. Until now, I believed Tutu's were for Ballerina's or little girls however as time progresses I'm seeing a lot of people reinventing the idea of a Tutu into a fashionable, funky yet risky image.  I wanted to try a tutu for my 22nd birthday but I wanted to turn it up a notch and pair some rugged boots and a skimpy top with it. These runway images are given me really good ideas their bright, demanding, vivacious and theirs a lot of action going on in the bottom half of the outfit, while the top half is simple yet maintains a balance for the rest of the ensemble. I think its fabulous.
