I was searching through my January issue of Harper Bazaar when I came across this amazing article by Ashton Kutcher. Not only did it show his amazing growth since the goofy character's he's played on the big screen but it really opened my eyes to the phenomenon of texting dismantling Romance. I remember when talking on the phone until the sun came out was the deciding factor of if you guys would be together forever or in high school when having a three hour conversation with a guy you liked was the source of your happiness for about a week. What has this world resorted to????? Texting is great but it is so impersonal. I personally love texting because sometimes phone conversations are draining nevertheless I have noticed that texting has replaced the whole butterflies in the stomach, looking at the ceiling while talking to your beau, and getting to know every aspect of a person before bedtime. I think Ashton is really on to something.
